Whether you garden with containers or acres the Green Club is the place to be. Here you will find news, views and a like-minded gardening community whose members are dedicated to making the best of their horticultural pursuits. The club, launched last year by the West Sussex Waste Partnership, is committed to promote and increase sustainable living across the county.

In these days of increased environmental awareness we all have a duty to make small changes to the way we live helping to slow down global warming, preserve valuable raw materials and reduce the waste we send to landfill.

Did you know that as much as 40% of your household waste is taken up with green (kitchen or garden) waste? and that most of this waste can be turned into a nutrient-rich garden compost and soil conditioner?
